  • To cover the risk of property damage, Blain Firmin requires a 6 week security deposit that will be protected by a Government-Authorised Scheme being the Deposit Protection Service in our case. As well as this we always require a x1 month’s rent in advance that is taken prior to the tenancy commencement.
 
  • Blain Firmin are not a member of a client money protection scheme nor are we a member of ARLA.
 
  • Blain Firmin are a member of the Property Ombudsman redress scheme.
